Regional Worship
One
can talk about worship for only so long; ultimately
you must experience Him!
That is what worship is all about. More than theology,
it is relationship. Tacoma Regional Worship is a monthly
trans-denominational worship experience open to the
entire Body of Christ. It is free flowing and unhindered.
As the scripture says, “Taste and see that the
Lord is good.” Praise is "beautiful to the Lord"
(Ps 147:1) and "terrible to our enemy" (Ps 56:9). Our
worship creates a habitation for the Lord while our
praise causes the enemy to flee from our midst. It
is our praise and our worship that releases the presence
and power of God among us. Our worship releases light
and light dispels darkness. When we are together, in
one place, and in one accord the power of God will
show up! That's what happened on the day of Pentecost.
Our goal is to see these three things come together
once again.
In early 2002, a group
of believers joined forces with Worship Builders through
a shared desire
to see the Body of Christ come together as never before.
Thus, Tacoma Regional Worship was birthed. We meet
together with others from a variety of churches weekly
to pray for the monthly event. We also pray for Tacoma
and the release of worship throughout the Pacific Northwest.
It is our desire to rekindle the unity of the Body
of Christ by connecting the strengths of each church
and denomination. Through this shared unity the walls
that have separated us for far too long can be torn
down. The venue we are using is Praise and Worship.

Tacoma Regional Worship
is not exclusive to the city of Tacoma. Our goal is
to see Regional Worship Centers spread over the entire
country. We generally meet on Friday evenings
so there will be less interference with specific church-related
activities. It is our desire for each individual to
take what God has given them through Tacoma Regional
Worship nights and deposit it into their specific congregation.
As we worship together, we grow together. As we grow
together, we pray for each other. And as we pray for
each other, the bond of unity is formed. Through this
unity, we can take our cities for our Lord.
We welcome you to join
us as we “do warfare” for our Lord through
praise and worship!
